ResponsibilitiesSupport local functions in accomplishing and achieving GRC objectives by providing guidance, methodology and quality assurance in:Supporting local functions in gap assessment, remediation and implementation of applicable Group Policies and Standards.Supporting local functions in remediating open findings (audit or management) by facilitating cross-functional activities.Support the GRC Region Manager in monitoring, consolidating and preparing reports to be shared with local management teams and the Regional Board.Promote the GRC culture in risk management to become part of the day-to-day business:Identify relevant risks (beyond those covered by the standards).Support the GRC Region Manager in leading management by defining appropriate action plans.Participate in key change projects/initiatives and assess their risks, controls and sustainability.Identify segregation of duties (SoD) issues (system and offline) and support functions in mitigating them.Provide support to functions during the planning, execution and closing of the Internal Audit process.Perform key GRC activities under the supervision and guidance of the GRC Region Manager:Conduct quality assurance reviews on the standards assessments for each function/country.Support the GRC Region Manager in planning, execution and reporting processes.Support LMEs in assessing country needs by providing appropriate briefings and guidance on relevant issues.Conduct regular visits to countries in the Region with the engagement and collaboration of relevant regional and local functional managers.Provide regular feedback to the GRC Region Manager on key topics.Communicate effectively through reporting and meetings (VC/Teams) and contribute effectively to discussions with the GRC professional family, bringing ideas and best practices to improve the GRC process/tools.QualificationsDegree in Economics, Administration, Accounting, Auditing, Legal or similar.Knowledge of Governance (formalization and/or review of policies and procedures).Understanding of Compliance (external/internal audit process knowledge).Experience in Business processes (preferably from fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and/or manufacturing industries).Knowledge of Accounting, Finance and IT (SAP).Proficient in Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI).Experience in Data Analytics (KPI dashboard automation for Compliance continuous monitoring, etc.).Languages:Portuguese: Advanced.English: Advanced.Spanish: Intermediate (desirable).Requisition ID: 67322
