Sr. Associate, Logistics Transportation

Responsible for identifying, delivering improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics and transportation as well as working closely with cluster and regional Logistics team.
Lead major logistics transformation projects and drives ongoing networks distribution modeling efforts to ensure that low operational cost and high service expectations are optimized by using Lean principles.Primary Accountabilities:Lead and develop regional logistics engineering team.Develop and strengthen lean culture in logistics organization.Training and certify people as champion (green belt).Coordinate/Leading development of project (Short, medium and long term) as well as improvement initiatives portfolio, through cross functional organization.KPI management and continuous improvement.Lead and prepare annual logistics cost saving workshop.Lead and apply annual ranking & prioritization methodology.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in related field.Logistics KnowledgeProject ManagementCourse Green Belt or internal Champion CertificationOffice package (excel, power point)Good communication and influence skillsEnglish advanced & Spanish advancedLeadership & Analytical skillsInclusion & DiversityWe're a global business, with people from every culture, ethnicity, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age and ability.
