This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, driving innovation, and improving customer experiences in the HVAC industry. There is a requirement to ensure alignment on CoEs & Shared Services solution design, cross-functional integration and project implementation will result in a strategic, sustainable solution.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a digital operations strategy aligned with the company's goals across Mexico factories.Lead factory site leaders and cross-functional teams in identifying opportunities for digital innovation in manufacturing, supply chain, and service operations.Manage the integration of IoT, AI, ML, and data analytics into the operational ecosystem.Oversee the implementation of automation solutions (e.g., ERP, MES, Business Partners Portals) to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve productivity.Utilize data-driven decision-making to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce lead times.Collaborate with engineering, production, supply chain, manufacturing, quality teams and plant managers to ensure smooth digitalization across all operations.Manage the deployment and maintenance of digital tools and platforms, ensuring system scalability and security.Stay updated on emerging technologies in the HVAC industry and recommend adoption of relevant innovations.Lead cross functional continuous improvement projects analyzing current business and data processes in conjunction with site leaders.Build partnerships with vendors and technology providers to ensure best-in-class solutions are adopted.Plan and manage assigned work activities; execute project plans; complete projects on-time and on-budget.Create roadmaps and action plans for key processes, introducing KPIs to drive Operation Excellence.Develop peer, cross-functional relationships to leverage best practices, maximize solution quality, and drive user adoption.Work closely with external DT service providers for project related activities.Basic Qualifications (Must have):Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field with 8+ years of Digital Technology experience.Strong English communication skills are required to deal with varying levels of audiences having both: written and verbal interactions.3+ years of senior leadership role in a multi-national company with a regional responsibility.7+ years of experience in digital operations, preferably within manufacturing or HVAC industry.7+ years experience in digital and smart manufacturing industries, emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in digital transformation.Requires broad management knowledge to lead project teams.Strong knowledge of Lean and Agile principles and strategies (preferably).Proven experience leading digital transformation projects in a complex operational environment.Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have):Master's degree with 5 years of relevant work experience.Certified Scrum Master.5+ years' experience with business processes for manufacturing (MTS / MTO / ETO) models.Prior hands-on experience in MES and ERP implementations (preferably SAP) and other digital technologies (e.g., AI, ML, IoT solutions, Data & Analytics, PBI, AWS, etc.).Knowledge in Digital Compliance and Cyber Security.Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
