Responsible for the management and control of operations of subsea control systems for oil and gas production, in both national and international markets, working in the areas of Validation, Qualification (new products and systems), assembly and testing, as well as in the adaptation and investment of facilities and teams to meet the needs of the CT.
Job Description
Responsible for ensuring the continuous evolution of the LPPD culture in engineering.
Provide support in structuring and implementing the LPPD culture in engineering projects, ensuring that the product development process occurs according to the NPD process.
Improve the quality of documentation for ongoing projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the standards established by the process.
Structure and maintain the obeyas of various company projects.
Organize project governance.
Support patent capture with the Think IP team.
Act as CPD - Chief Product Developer, in technology and product development projects.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Fluent in English
Strong experience in structuring Lean methodology processes
