Tax AnalystCuritiba, Brasil (Hybrid)Position SummaryThales is looking for a Sr. Tax Analyst to act as the main person responsible for the calculation of direct taxes, including PIS and COFINS on the recognition of project revenue and Control of Credits, Calculation of IRPJ/CSLL (monthly and quarterly estimate) and Calculation of Transfer Price.
You will also be responsible for managing Tax Incentives (PPB and Lei do Bem), EFD_CONTRIBUÇOES, PER/DCOMP, ECF etc.In this position, you will also be responsible for providing technical support to internal areas for issuing invoices, item registration and new company projects.
Routine loading and reconciliation of information from the ERP vs. the tax assessment system (TOTVS).Key Areas of ResponsibilityCalculation of PIS and COFINS by Recognition of Project Revenue (Cumulative and Non-Cumulative Regime) and Control of Credits.Calculation of IRPJ/CSLL - Real Profit - Monthly and quarterly estimates.Calculation of Transfer Pricing - Import and Export (Products and Services).Analysis and Control of Tax Incentives: PPB (Information Technology Law) and Good Law.Delivery of the relevant accessory obligations such as: EFD_CONTRIBUÇOES, PER/DCOMP, ECF etc.Routine loading and reconciliation of information from the ERP vs. the tax assessment system (TOTVS).Carry out system maintenance (billing module and tax obligations) to meet changes in legislation and tax rates.Prepare documentation and information for external audits.Assessment of future opportunities to recover or change taxes, in order to contribute to tax planning analysis.Minimum QualificationsUniversity degree in accounting.5 years of experience in taxes, related to PIS and COFINS, Cumulative and Non-Cumulative Regimes and Calculation of Project Revenue; IRPJ and CSLL.Advanced English proficiency is required.Advanced Excel, with mastery of analytical tools and report automation.Analytical and problem-solving oriented profile, focused on improving processes and achieving effective results.Why Join Us?At Thales we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
