Candidates should have experience buying, planning, packaging, and selling STV both directly and programmatically. Candidates will have a strong knowledge of the STV landscape, experience negotiating and closing upfronts, and the ability to drive conversations with C-Suite client contacts.About the teamVideo Specialists are aligned to the Large Customer Sales (LCS) organization and work closely with Account Teams, Agency Development Managers (ADMs), Go to Market (GTM) specialists, and Amazon Advertising Customers.Minimum Qualifications7+ years of B2B sales experience7+ years of digital ad sales as an individual contributor selling performance-based advertising or similar offering experienceExperience with podcast sales, video sales, or audio programsEffectively works cross-functionally (AE, Sales Leadership, Yield, Product, Measurement)Experience selling various video formats (MS, SS, Sponsorships, Sports)Experience building and deploying GTM strategies, with an emphasis on packaging, positioning, and messagingExcellent communication skills (written & verbal), including the ability to present complex topics both in person, over the phone, and through concise document writingExperience growing a product to maturity through collaboration with Product teamsExperience presenting to SVP and C-LevelExperience negotiating Video Upfronts at agency and Brand levelSTV/TV measurement proficiencyExperience building and executing product and sales strategies across teamsDemonstrated ability to operate autonomously while defining and delivering priorities amidst ambiguity
