This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join a growing team where they will be at the front of one of our new business units to support the international growth of Sun IP.This role will concentrate on delivering first class communication to our clients on all inbound and outbound contact. This will include handling enquiries relating to all aspects of Intellectual Property Filings, Translations, Renewals and supporting our wider business teams also. Working across our broad client base, this role will ensure first class communication and requires a keen eye for detail, a good understanding of intellectual property more specifically patent filing and translations requirements worldwide and the ability to interpret requests and deal with them efficiently and effectively.This Patent Client Manager role is fully remote. Working hours will by Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm OR 10:00am - 6:30pm Eastern Standard Time (U.S. time zone). The position requires fluency in spoken and written English as you would be working with U.S.-based team members as well as international clients.Please ensure you submit your resume in English.Responsibilities:Day-to-Day management of all inbound email boxes, interpreting client requirements, instructing projects, sending information to correct internal teams and responding back to our clients.Work with Account Managers, Business Development, Project Managers and wider operational departments being the liaison between them and our clients interpreting requirements and responses.Help to manage inboxes of Senior Business Development team when at conferences or out of office to ensure continuity and be a main point of contact.Respond to requests from Project Managers, liaising with clients and obtaining information to progress estimates and projects.Act as a central point of contact for all client communications.Work with Client Care Director to help build and consolidate best working practices.Requirements:Bachelors degree preferredAt least 12 months experience in a paralegal role in Intellectual Property either in a Law firm or Corporate environmentKnowledge and understanding of processes in relation to Direct, International and EP Patent Filing and Translation requirements and IP maintenanceExperience of liaising with clients on a daily basisExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong organizational abilities and keen eye for detailsAbility to prioritize tasks and deadlinesEnglish proficiency (written and spoken)
