We collaborate with a diverse range of suppliers to bring top-tier products to our customers while ensuring a seamless experience from purchase to delivery.Your Mission as Supplier Relationship Manager:You will be responsible for sourcing and managing relationships with suppliers, ensuring that we have access to the best products and services.
This role involves building and managing supplier relationships and ensuring that HypeDrop remains aware of and engaged with the most current suppliers and brands.Applicants must be located within the GMT -7 to +2 time zones.You will:Identify and onboard new retailers and suppliers to expand our product offerings, ensuring we have strong partnerships for purchasing items.Maintain and nurture relationships with existing suppliers, acting as the key point of contact to ensure smooth operations.Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with suppliers to ensure Hypedrop.com secures the best deals and favorable conditions.Ensure that all product details (prices, descriptions, images) are accurately captured.Track and analyze supplier performance, addressing any service issues, delays, or discrepancies.Work closely with internal teams such as logistics, marketing, and customer support to ensure timely product launches and seamless customer experiences.Proactively resolve any supply chain issues, shipping delays, or service concerns that may arise with suppliers.Stay informed about market trends and emerging suppliers to keep our offerings fresh and competitive.You will excel in this role if you possess:Proven experience in relationship management, account management, or a similar role, ideally in luxury goods/fashion.Strong negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain commercially successful partnerships for the company.A world-class communicator, able to establish productive relationships regardless of industry, seniority, or location.Sales and business development experience, including high-volume outreach over the phone, via written communication, and in person.An interest in the luxury goods market and current trends.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to remain calm and diplomatic in challenging situations.CRM software experience is highly preferred.Experience with sourcing, procurement, and logistics processes.Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues swiftly.Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.What do we offer to you?Work-from-Anywhere Policy: As a remote-first organization, you have the opportunity to work from any location globally.
