SW Safety Architect is responsible for providing a SW safety technical solution that fits with the input requirements, supported by the respective analysis and developed as per applicable SW technical standards and SW guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Define SW functional safety concept, SW safety mechanisms, SW safety requirements and support the definition of the functional safety plan.
Define SW designs, implementation and verification methods to achieve functional safety standards.
Perform SW safety analysis.
Create, maintain and review work products according to ISO 26262.
Present SW Functional Safety strategy in front of customers, auditors, and other stakeholders.
Provide technical advice to automotive manufacturers and suppliers on ISO26262/Functional Safety.

Discompose requirements into different ASIL-Levels, if needed.
Review the requirements for correctness and completeness against input requirements and ISO26262.
Perform SW safety analysis.
Core Skills:
M.Sc.
or B.Sc in Electronics, Mechatronics.
Experience in SW Architecture.
Deep understanding of complex embedded software systems.
Experience in ePowerTrain (HPEV; Inverter, DCDC...).
Experience in Chargers.
Experience in Batteries.
Experience in HV safety norms.
Experience in ISO 26262-Engineering.
Experience in Requirements Engineering.
Good C or C++ programming skills.
