**Hybrid model**:If you live in Rio de Janeiro and the metropolitan region, you will work a few days in our office in in Santo Cristo/RJ and from home (to be aligned with your leadership).
**Job Description** Responsabilities**:
- Conduct end to end hiring processes, with a focus on sales hires;
- Align and maintain communication with hiring managers and HRBPs throughout the entire hiring process;
- Contribute with deas for improvements to our processes, employer branding and hiring strategy;
- Support the global team in recruitment matters and projects involving talent acquisition;
**Qualifications** Requirements**:
- Advanced English - verbal and written communication (you will be part of global projects!);
- Solid experience in talent acquisition, specially sales hires;
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related areas;
- Experience with recruitment and selection tools (ATS);
- Experience with talent acquisition KPIs, how to generate insights and strategies from data analysis;
**It will be a plus if you have**:
- Experience in tech companies or startups;
