Job Description Deliver world-class innovation and solutions to identify and attract the best talent for SGS by building and maintaining regional talent pipelines and working closely and effectively with the Managing Directors of each country and Business Leaders to reduce time-to-hire and improve candidate quality.
Job Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Deliver end-to-end talent acquisition processes for strategic positions ensuring the SLA established.
Define and standardize the SGS hiring process to attract the best talent and guarantee making great hiring decisions.
Build talent pools for critical regional positions and businesses and constantly maintain them to meet SGS growth objectives.
Capture and share key market intelligence, and provide market insights to Business Leaders, HR Managers, and the TA Team to recruit the best talent.
Partner with Regional HR Leads and IT to leverage data, analytics, and AI tools to measure and enhance the effectiveness of talent practices.
Focal Point of contact and subject matter functional expert for Smart Recruiters and TA best practices.
Partner with the Country TA Team to ensure the hiring processes once the candidates are selected.
Influence by providing informative market data and intelligence that support growth-oriented recruiting and hiring decisions.
Champion our commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce by implementing strategies that attract talent from underrepresented communities.
Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive talent across multiple channels, including networking, employee referrals, professional associations, , and job boards.
Conduct in-depth research to identify and map out key talent pools, including industry trends and relevant networking communities, ensuring a strategic approach to sourcing passive candidates in T&IC sector.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates, ensuring a constant supply of top-tier talent for future positions.
Support highly confident leadership decision-making through thoughtful, detailed, and consultative end-to-end searches (e.g., talent market intelligence, candidate assessments, candidate preparation and experiences, interview preparation, structured interviewing, compensation, and negotiation practices).
Examine the current state of the job market and external competitors, identifying major trends that are impacting the supply and demand for labor.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree - Advance Degree in a related field is highly desirable.
Global experience with strong analytical & communication skills Recruiter & desirable ATS expert – Workday, Smart Recruiter.
Deep Technical Sourcing Expertise Deep knowledge of leveraging Recruiter, including Boolean search strings.
Familiarity with Insights and talent market mapping a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition areas and 2 years of experience working for LATAM.
At least 3 years of experience recruiting top management positions and 3 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, services, or engineering areas.
Relevant experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing or related fields.
Fluent in English and ability to speak other languages desirable.
