To ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective service. Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages. Responsible for managing overall project cost, schedule and budgets as well as managing general contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.Responsible for reviewing construction proposals and related pricing/scopes, correcting and assessing work-in-place, to approve capital expenditure spends, including the revision of cost estimates prepared by contractors and others within a client's organization.This professional will also be planning, organizing, scheduling, directing, and controlling the delivery of the project on time.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Analyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.Run and lead client and other required meetings, presenting updates to the client at all project stages.Identify the factors that influence construction costs and can monitor and report on this data.Support engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while design-build changes take place during construction.Review requests for payment.Track and ensure equipment meets the project schedule.Record occurrences that might result in a claim - acting on the client's behalf.Advocate on the part of the client during disputes, disagreements, modifications, or change orders.Coordinate and oversee scheduling consultant reviews on the project.Review and approve final invoices, payment applications, retention payments.Oversee and manage the transfer of the building operations to the client including all close out documentation and warranties.Collaborative approach, be client-facing, able to develop strong relationships, confidently present to clients and stakeholders.Be assertive and detail-oriented, identify potential issues early and raise them in the appropriate forum for resolution.Demonstrable record of accomplishment in the delivery of relevant projects.Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing, and presentations.Management experience, with ability to manage and lead a team in delivering a commission and general line management.Manage revenue, team resources, and priorities to ensure that client expectations are met.QualificationsMinimum of +5 years' experience working in a similar position.Sector experience e.g., other High-Tech facility.Engineering degree with chartered status.Fluent in English and Spanish.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
