Requirements: 5+ years of Technical Project management experience, who can drive and co-work with different technical teams and to get technical pre-requisites for any project executed on time. Experience in Azure cloud platform in solution architecture design, development or review, and able to speed up EA/ITSA process. Experience in Requirement understanding, design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions covering I4.0 business systems, IOT, edge connectivity, integration with factory automation systems etc. for key customers for Digital Factory Transformation program. Good understanding of Azure Cloud, Manufacturing IOT / Data Platforms, Data Integration in Cloud. Excellent knowledge in performance evaluation and change management principles, Techno Functional Consulting, Solution Evaluation, Estimations Review Strong experience in conducting interactions with customers in discovering and capturing their pain areas and business needs. Good if you have: Certification in Azure Cloud computing would be an added advantage. Exposure to mapping of business processes, generating functional requirement and conceptualizing digital solutions for identified to-be processes. Knowledge in integration of Factory systems like PLC/SCADA/MES with enterprise systems like SAP, LIMS, R&D etc Experience working on Digital Solutions for any Manufacturing Industry. Expectation from the role: Collaborate with different teams from region - business, infrastructure, digital, enterprise cloud, solution provider to drive and get technical pre-requisites for any project executed on time. Participate in evaluating solutions, architecture, and highlight technical challenges, dependencies, and risks. Collaborate with regional / plant digital team and provide expert advice and review solution design for usability and scalability. Identify opportunities to improve operations through technological advancements and recommend solutions. Collaborate with Enterprise / Infrastructure Architecture team to work on overall regional digital Architecture roadmap. Develop best practices for roll out of identified digital solutions in collaboration with regional / plant digital team. Evaluate current and emerging technologies to determine the benefits for sustained growth. Communicate with stakeholders on status of Digital initiatives / solutions.
