ACTIVITIES Recruit and select top performers to work remotely for American companies and in Brazil; Work closely with American clients, providing recruitment consultancy, negotiating the candidate's profile and skills, leading the candidate in interview sessions; Structure and seek continuous improvement of the stages of the recruitment process, based on metrics analysis (Time to Hire, Conversion Rates, NPS and so on); Keep the candidate pipeline active by maintaining contact and establishing long-term relationships; Help develop initiatives to improve business processes such as candidate experience, employer branding, employee experience and retention. Collaborate with the talent attraction team to develop and implement Sourcing and Hunting strategies for software development professionals; Find the best of the best software professionals in Brazil; Relate directly to customers in the United States (mainly in the Tristate and Texas region); Support the Marketing and Sales team with information and insights; Work on customer success, including negotiations, follow-ups and assistance; Guide technology leaders and hiring managers through the recruiting and hiring process. REQUIREMENTS Advanced English communication skills (ability to assess candidates' English level - level B2) Analytical skills, with experience in developing and monitoring metrics and indicators; Ability to prioritize tasks and work within short deadlines; Negotiation and influence capacity; Flexibility to work with constantly changing scenarios. It will be a plus if you have: Previous experience working with clients – preparing job briefings, updating selection processes, understanding and negotiating job requirements; Experience evaluating candidates for technology positions (frontend, backend, mobile); Experience with distributed teams; Knowledge of ATS systems; LinkedIn Recruiter Knowledge; StackOverflow and GitHub Platform; Cultural addition.
