Technical Representative, IT Operations
Job Description:
The Tech Support IT Ops is responsible for daily production work tasks and provides advanced system-level support of multi-user operating systems, hardware, and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems.
This is an onsite position located in Curitiba.
Responsibilities:

Support in project implementation
Equipment control in SCCM and Active Directory
Inventory control
Installation of equipment for new accounts or projects (new site)
Equipment configuration
Incident resolution according to SLA
Safety of computer equipment
Repair of computer equipment
Maintenance of computer equipment
Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field from a four-year college or university
Located in Curitiba
Intermediate English level
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
Ability to meet timelines on deliverables
Knowledge in the management of Windows & Mac OS network configuration
Knowledge in PC Maintenance
Knowledge managing DNS and Active Directory
Proficient in Microsoft Office
