What You'll Do This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Product Designer at The Interface List. You will work directly with one of our Senior Partners, and will play a key role in designing intuitive, beautiful, and functional products. You'll be expected to wear multiple hats, diving into visual and graphic design projects while contributing to our product design process. Key Responsibilities UI/UX Design: Develop and refine user interfaces with a focus on optimizing user experience for both our product and associated marketing landing pages. Prototyping and Wireframing: Create prototypes and wireframes for new product features and improvements, ensuring they meet user needs and promote a seamless user experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product management, and development teams to ensure design consistency and coherence across all platforms and campaigns. Growth Marketing: Design impactful visual content for marketing campaigns, including landing pages, banners, and promotional materials to support marketing initiatives. Branding: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to the development of brand identity across multiple touchpoints. Who You Are You have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, particularly in web and mobile applications. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders of all levels. Proactive and creative, you are constantly seeking new trends and technologies in design to enhance your work. You are committed to quality, consistently delivering exceptional designs that exceed user expectations. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in digital product design. Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Webflow and Framer. Experience designing for various platforms including web, iOS, and Android. Strong understanding of responsive design and best practices for mobile-first and desktop design. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
