Plan A Technologies is looking for a talented Unity Game Developer with casino gaming experience to join our team to work as part of our internal game studio. We have a growing portfolio of exciting projects across iGaming and land-based casino games. You will work on a range of diverse projects, from original games developed in-house to supporting our ongoing client-focused work. You will be working closely with mathematicians, artists, animators, QA, project managers, and developer peers as we develop great games for international markets and clients. JOB RESPONSIBILITIESImplement new games from scratch and work to improve existing titlesWork on game features in Unity involving both virtual currency and real-money wagering experiencesWrite well-designed and efficient code Comfortable with C#Advise clients on how to improve their mobile and web gamesWork collaboratively with product managers, artists, QA and other teams to deliver a terrific gaming experienceEXPERIENCE:Degree in Computer Science, Game Engineering, or equivalent experience4+ years of software development experience2+ years of experience creating 2D games in Unity 2+ of hands-on experience preferred with C# Strong mobile expertise - must have built at least one mobile game for IOS and AndroidSolid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and performance optimizationExperience with database systems and SQLExperience with Network programming & client/server architectureStrong debugging and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with version control, continuous integration, bug tracking, and code review systemsExperience with graphics programmingFamiliarity with the constraints of developing networked gamesExperience creating virtual currency games is a plusUpper Intermediate-level written and verbal English skillsA desire to build great gaming experiences!ABOUT THE COMPANY/BENEFITS:Plan A Technologies is an American software development and technology advisory firm that brings top-tier engineering talent to clients around the world.
