We're looking for a full time (PJ)Product Designer (UX/UI)to join our international product team, working alongside our local team in São Paulo!Our platform serves companies with deskless workforces in industries like retail, transportation, manufacturing, healthcare and others, e.g. Vivo, Coca Cola, Chilli Beans and Unilever to name a few. We help employees learn and grow on the go, whether through desktop or mobile, ensuring they stay connected to their company, no matter where they are.What You'll Do:
Work closely with our engineering and customer success teams while aligning with the product team to design intuitive, user-centered experiences.
Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
Work inFigmato create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs across desktop and mobile platforms.
Design for a mobile-first environment while ensuring a great desktop experience.
Contribute to an agile environment, bringing your ideas to life and shaping the product's evolution.What We Offer:
