About the Role:
We seek a Strategic Partnerships/Sales Lead for our Brazilian law tech portfolio. This hands-on role focuses on establishing partnerships with law tech companies, with an emphasis on becoming a key partner for legal management software brands, specifically in the area of summons (citações/intimações). The position is accountable for meeting revenue targets and delivering sustainable partnerships.
Reporting to the local operations director/COO and interacting with the regional CEO, this role will have support from Dura's marketing teams. There are no direct reports initially, but the opportunity to build a team may arise with success.
Key Qualifications:
Fluency in Portuguese
Sales Experience and Drive: You thrive in high-touch sales and have deep product expertise. You can adapt to market changes and position superior products against competitors, even with lower-priced alternatives. You're resilient, persisting through multiple rejections to secure a sale.
Leadership Skills: You know how to build and support an outside sales team.
Building from Scratch: You can develop sales functions from the ground up.
Software Sales Expertise: You understand diverse sales and partnership models, covering both enterprise and small business clients in law tech.
Brazilian Market Knowledge: You're familiar with Brazil's regional diversity and competitive tech landscape. You understand local consumer/business profiles and the evolving nature of tech sales.
Learning and Adaptability: You're open to learning about niche products essential to customers. You can adapt to selling to legal audiences, a specialized market.
Professionalism: You conduct business ethically, fulfill promises, and take full ownership of your work.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Experience in SaaS enterprise/B2B applications
Experience with law tech and connections within the Brazilian legal community
Undergraduate degree in business, sales, or marketing
English proficiency is a plus but not mandatory
