Partner with the best
Manage transportation and related logistics of goods and services to and from internal and/or external customers/suppliers. Understand concepts, methods, procedures and approaches.
As a Valves Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Teamworking with CSR / PM and Assoco site to monitor correct orders progress and shipment.
- Coordinating with the customs broker the customs clearance procedures for import processes to grasp a flawless execution.
- Coordinating deliveries with freight forwarder, transport companies and port and airport terminals.
- Preparing and sending reports and KPI's for domestic freight control, cargo consolidation, cargo return, discount, and savings control.
- Verifying that all Transports are meeting operational and administrative requirements for transportation services.
- Following up - track/trace for critical loads (High Priority Services), coordinating Customer Pick-up/Delivery, obtaining signed / stamp Proof of Delivery (POD).

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration or any related area.
- Have additional experience in Customs Operations.
- Be able to communicate fluently in English.
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, relational databases, and ERP systems
- Demonstrate good communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to work independently and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to communicate in Spanish.
- Have working knowledge of SAP.
- Have knowledge in Ecomex systems.
- Have knowledge of Customs regimes such Repetro Sped, Repetro IndustrializaÃ-ão, Ex Tarifário request and control.
