**Role**:
**Join Our Team as a Strategic Partner for LATAM People Development & Learning Community!**
We are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team. If you are passionate about driving growth, fostering innovation, and positively impacting, this is the perfect opportunity!
**What you'll do**:
- Be close and partner with the global team to create and implement strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with our zone vision, context and goal
- Cascade and support our country in implementing it, adapting it to its unique realities and challenges when needed
- Take ownership of essential processes, including the ongoing appraisal process (CONNECT), training nominations for senior leaders and key players, and marketing programs (métiers programs, for example, etc)
- Boost HR upskilling initiatives, support the development of our team members, and enhance their capabilitie
- Drive the upskilling and cascading strategy to support our transformation projects, such as Simplicity 2 and Skills, contributing to the success of these initiative
- Lead onboarding efforts to ensure an exciting experience and a positive integration into our organization for our newcomers
**Your Skills**:
- Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in Spanish would be a valuable asset
- Excellent communication, influence, and entrepreneurship skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in driving projects forward.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships and creating proximity within diverse team
- Flexibility and resilience to navigate the complexities of our zone, including small teams, challenging economic contexts, and limited budgets
- Mobility, as the position is based in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil)
