About the job: Our company is excited to have an opening for a new, fully remote role! We are looking for someone who will help our team with various tasks, has excellent written and spoken English skills, and is attentive to detail and organized. You will be given various tasks to perform, but your major role is to help us with some marketing activities for our agency and our clients. You will be responsible for reporting, creating Canva designs, setting up systems, scheduling posts, scheduling meetings, replying via the text message system with our warm leads on time, booking them into appointments, downloading and cleaning databases, and more. Full training is provided. This is a full-time role, 5 days a week Thursday through Monday with Tuesday and Wednesday off, totaling 40 hours per week with occasional overtime. The work hours are from 12.30 pm to 9 pm EST (New York) US. While you will be working with US clients, we are looking for people based in Brazil. We value cultural understanding and English proficiency, and experience in Virtual Assistance, appointment setting, fitness niche, sales, business, or marketing is a plus.
