to develop, optimize, and maintain web applications.

Availability:
Full Time
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM CST (With paid lunch break).
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain dynamic web applications tailored to client needs.
Optimize website performance, focusing on SEO, responsiveness, and user experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption.
Offer strategic guidance on best practices and contribute to design updates.
Collaborate effectively with team members and independently manage project timelines.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, PHP).
Solid understanding of SEO best practices and web optimization techniques.
High-level problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with a team and clients.
Experience in diagnosing network issues and utilizing analytical tools.
Preferred Skills:
SEO expertise and a consulting mindset to offer practical best practices.
Familiarity with WordPress builders (e.g., Elementor, Bricks).
Ability to write and standardize operational procedures.
Experience using design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), or Figma.
Knowledge of content management systems (preferably WordPress, Drupal, Webflow) and project management tools to facilitate smooth project workflows.
Specific Software Proficiency:
Expertise with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager.
Certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics GA4 are a plus.
Minimum Level of English Required:
C1 level English proficiency.
