About the role: Working on Marketing at Diageo is pretty much as good as a job gets, living in a vibrant and dynamic ecosystem nurtured by the most iconic brands in Spirits. For the Vodka Category Lead role, we are looking for a solid business leader, with a growth mindset and strong focus on execution, who will lead category performance, from plan design to tracking.
This person should have high influence and team engagement skills, being able to lead a senior multifunctional group in charge of taking one of the most important and exciting alcohol categories to the next level, scaling up business with focus in both short and long term.
Main Accountabilities: Lead Vodka Category Strategy, from 5Y ambition to annual business plan.Lead annual plan management, from growth drivers to IBP, share & financial commitments delivery.Collaborate with Customer Marketing, Sales, Supply & Market Insights on initiatives deployment at On Trade, OFF Trade, and Events.Lead Performance tracking at Board Level.Qualifications and Experience Required: Growth mindset and high energy.Track record in business management, strong leadership and influence skills.Solid experience in trade marketing, ATL/BTL activities and commercial strategies.Organization and best in class with project/execution timelines.Strong "can do" attitude, taking risks.Resilience and flexibility.Good communication skills and storytelling.Bachelor's degree is mandatory.Diversity statement Celebrating our inclusive and diverse culture is core to Diageo's purpose of "celebrating life every day everywhere."
