What You'll Do
The

VP, OEM & Strategic Initiatives

will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our OEM partnerships and drive strategic initiatives that align with our company's growth objectives. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in managing OEM relationships, strategic planning, and executing high-impact projects.
Develop and execute a comprehensive OEM strategy to identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with key OEMs
Build strong relationships with OEM partners to ensure alignment of goals and effective collaboration
Drive revenue growth through OEM channels by leveraging existing relationships and creating new opportunities
Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of strategic initiatives that support company goals and objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for new market penetration, product development, or other growth initiatives
Evaluate market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and initiatives
Develop and manage revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics for OEM partnerships and strategic initiatives
Drive initiatives to meet or exceed revenue targets, while ensuring profitability and sustainability
Work closely with Sales, Product Development, Marketing, and Operations teams to align OEM strategies with overall business objectives
Provide leadership and guidance to ensure seamless integration and execution of initiatives across departments
Conduct market analysis, including competitive benchmarking, to identify trends, opportunities, and threats relevant to OEM partnerships and strategic initiatives
Use insights to recommend and implement adjustments to strategies and tactics as needed
This position has direct supervisory responsibility for the OEM department, to include OEM relationship managers and support personnel
What We're Looking For
10+ years of experience in OEM partner sales, channel management, or account management
5+ years of experience interpreting/executing strategy and leading people/processes to achieve business goals
Strong understanding of OEM business models with proven success in driving revenue growth through OEM channels
Demonstrated implementation and management of modern consultative sales methodologies
Bonus Points
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Demonstrated success in managing OEM relationships and executing strategic initiatives specific to the powersports / recreational vehicle industries
