You will be responsible for learning about the company's overall needs and developing strategies for the identification and attraction of senior-level talent. This is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry What You'll Do: - Develop innovative ways to raise the bar on how to recruit talent, brainstorming and executing new Talent Attraction strategies - Calibrate candidates with hiring managers and senior leaders. - Develop prospects into candidates, engaging them and performing assessment/screening. - Develop search strategies, conduct research, perform thorough assessments, and present qualified candidates for critical executive searches. You Must Have: - 4 years of experience in non-technical recruitment. - A process-oriented mindset, with a proven recruiting track record. - Creative recruiting skills. - Excellent interpersonal management, with outstanding verbal and written communication. - Native/Bilingual English level.
