This role focuses on managing and guiding a large, distributed team of leaders, driving innovative strategies for recruitment and aligning closely with business goals. Key activities include process optimization, KPI management, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective hiring practices.

- Leading and managing a team of Talent Acquisition leaders to achieve strategic hiring goals.

- Collaborating with cross-functional managers to align Talent Acquisition processes with business objectives.
