Right now, we are looking for a **Workplace Experience** to join our team at Globant!
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Serves as liaison with building management, relay building announcements to staff and submit/coordinate maintenance issues as needed
- Assist in managing office supplies inventory, restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with vendors (cleaning, maintenance, etc ) to ensure a clean, safe,and a well-maintained office environment.
- Conduct routine inspections of office spaces to identify maintenance needs and report them to the appropriate personnel.
- Monitors computerized heat, ventilation and air conditioning system (HVAC), schedules and monitors calls for service.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation related to office management.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for maintenance and repair services.
- Support the coordination of meetings and events, including room setup and AV equipment.
- Responds to facility issues during and after business hours.
- Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout.
- Assist with budgets and schedules facility modifications, including cost estimates
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Learn and adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines
- Participate in emergency preparedness and evacuation drills.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and secure office environment by promptly reporting any safety hazards or incidents.
- Collaborate with mentors and senior Workplace Experience team members to gain hands-on experience and knowledge.
- Generic staff_
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in busines administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of Google suite.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
