We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager Leader to join our teamThe ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our Account Manager department and ensuring client satisfaction and retention. This role will also involve developing and implementing strategies to increase our client portfolio through upselling, as well as continuous improvement of internal processes.Responsibilities:Supervise and lead a team of Account Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.Serve as the primary point of contact for client retention and satisfaction, actively working to address any issues or concerns that may arise.Develop and implement effective strategies to increase our client portfolio through upselling and new acquisitions.Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for improvement and process optimization within the Account Manager department.Provide ongoing training and development to the team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to achieve their goals.Actively participate in client meetings to understand their needs and objectives, and work together to achieve successful outcomes.Requirements:Minimum of 8 years of experience in a paid media agency.Extensive knowledge and experience in paid media, including digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of at least 8 people.Fluency in English, both oral and written.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.What We Offer:Work from wherever you want: 100% remote work to balance your professional and personal life.Development and Growth: Continuous learning opportunities, including English classes and personalized development plans.Rewards and Recognition: Monthly variable bonus based on performance and paid vacationsCulture of Innovation: An environment that values fresh ideas, teamwork, and individual contributions toward our common goals.Join Us:We are a leading digital advertising agency, specializing in innovative white-label solutions for a diverse range of clients across the United States.
