Job Description:The company is an Italian multinational Group operating in the industrial sector, with several plants and commercial branches in Italy and abroad.For the Brazilian company (sales and Industrial) they are searching for a: Chief Financial Officer – BrazilPlace of work: Salvador de BahiaIl RuoloThe Chief Financial Officer position, reporting to the Group CFO based in Italy and to the Local CEO of the Brazilian Company, is accountable for the financial operations of the company, including the development of metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team and strategic recommendations to the members of the executive management team.The CFO manages the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting as well as Board Meetings and advertises on long-term business and financial planning.Main responsibilities:Oversee the issuance of financial information (manage the Finance team)Ensure that all financial information is reported in the Group reporting tool for consolidation purposesReport financial results to the CEO, the Group CFO and the Board of DirectorsAssist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiativesManage the forecasting processes: budget, strategic planDevelop performance measures that support the company's strategic directionPerform Ad-Hoc analysis and simulations to support business decisionsParticipate in key decisions as a member of the executive management teamMaintain in-depth relations with all members of the management teamReview of existing procedures and implementation of missing procedures.Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirementsManage all the AFC teamEnsure that record keeping meets the requirements of statutory auditors and government agenciesReport risk issues to all the ManagementMaintain relations with external auditors, analyses their findings and recommendation.
