The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Responsibilities • Set project timeline • Monitor project deliverables • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress • Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them • Customer support, development of Specifications, Procedures and Processes • Comply with Local Regulations. • Responsible for monitoring and requests for materials, services, equipment and new demands. • Support analytical techniques and operation team; • identify areas of opportunity to develop Continuous Improvement projects to improve the quality of service, equipment and products, to achieve customer preference, fully aligning with product design. • Ensure consistency of quality and operational options for our products. • Technical support for everyone involved in the processes of our materials and products. • Prepare technical reports and generate Innovation and Productivity recommendations. • Define and control Budget. • Lead Revenue Management, Quality Improvement and/or Sustainability projects; • identify project and business needs and address them through packaging platforms; • Map PET machine technologies; • Develop technical assessments; • Technical support for local teams; • Build schedules in relation to the packaging development flow and contributions to the team • Carry out plant tests; • Issue test reports; • Conduct conversations with suppliers; • Monitor the Import of Project Machines and Parts • To support the implementation of new machines and processes; • To carry out packaging risk assessment • Build specifications • Develop mechanical drawings • To produce models for research • Support the operations and purchasing team in productivity projects • Support a Trade marketing team in sales promotion and revenue management portfolio Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Strong business acumen in project planning and management Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills Engineering: Materials, Chemistry, Food, Production or Mechanics. Technology/Science or related scientific subject. Intermediate English, Spanish, Italian Knowledge of the Plastics Industry – machines/maintenance.
