Human Resources Project Manager Latam

Knowledge & Experience A degree in Human Resources or related. HR experience in a Generalist capacity/project. Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and implementing large scale projects. Experience in implantation the Workday system. Proven experience with leading and managing change within a mid-sized organization is an asset. Experience building and leading an engaged team that is committed to the organization and its vision and values. Trilingual (English/Spanish/Portuguese). Strong IT literacy (Microsoft Office packages; including Visio and extra emphasis on Excel ability). Principal Accountabilities Lead the Workday HR Planning process for LATAM. Working with key stakeholders, ensure Workday HR Project plans are in place and that detailed timelines are place and reported monthly. Arrange and hold monthly meetings to ensure the plans are on track and highlight any forward-looking issues as appropriate. Support the implementation of Workday HR system. Support the HR Directors with ad-hoc projects/tasks as assigned to ensure delivery of Workday HR services. Leady by example and champion the values and behaviours of the organization to promote a culture of accountability, customer focus, and trust. Work Location Remote (The candidate can live anywhere in Brazil with availability for regional/global travel as required).
