**Requisitos**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field;
- Excellent Spoken and Written English;
- Purchasing and negotiation experience, Business acumen;
- Motivated by change management and ability to drive change;
- Great negotiations skills;
- Project Management Knowledge;

**Atividades**:

- Lead cross functional work with other functions (engineering, logistic, manufacturing
- );
- Perform Customer Adaptation process, from supplier sourcing to customer adaptation parts delivery;
- Customer Adaptation Cell official representative member for Purchasing organization;
- Perform purchasing activities such are RFQs, RFIs, suppliers evaluation and homologation, negotiation, agreements and issue purchasing orders;
- Work close to stakeholders to secure improvements on sustainability and circularity;
- Drive Cost reductions ideas generation;
- Use Volvo Production System (VPS) toolbox to drive efficiency across the supply chain;
- Drive negotiations and executive agreements with suppliers within the Customer Adaptation segments;
- Do and drive all relevant activities to deliver QDCFTSR* in your daily activities;
- Identify, mitigate and monitor risks; Manage crisis situation;
- Actively contribute to the team development, by bringing improvement ideas, support your peers, sharing good cases and ask for support when needed;
- Be an key member in the global network of Uptime & Adaptation buyers;
- Drive supply chain optimization;
- Supplier base management and relationship.
