**Requisitos**:
- Bachelor's in engineering, IT, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Experience with data analysis and preparation, including experience with BI (Business Intelligence);
- Experience with "Service designing" methods;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English;
- Experience in agile software processes and data-driven development;
- Substantial logical problem-solving skills using data driven methods.
**Atividades**:
- You will be responsible to coordinate projects planned on the Services RoadMap, anchoring the expected results with dealers, market companies and the key stakeholders in Latam organization and HQ;
- You will be the "focus point" for Volvo Connect platform, anchoring the market needs with HQ and the local development organization, securing the boost of Volvo Connect solution within the region;
- The role is responsible to find new services opportunities for Volvo and Dealers, the intelligence needs to be based on data and advanced analytics tools;
- This role needs to understand the transport solutions segment and bring the knowledge for Volvo Connected Services development;
- The position of Service Developer reports to the Manager of Customer Service Development & Digitalization, under Services and Customer Experience area;
- Responsible to follow the connected services revenue and estimate the long-term plan results;
- Manage, implement, and analyze the usage of relevant connectivity data, systems, tools to drive the services RoadMap;
- Work closely with top management and other organizational levels in diverse areas in Volvo Trucks and Volvo Group;
- Work with projects management asset to develop the Connected Services and improve customer experience in cooperation with the global and local service development network team.
