**As an Administrative Assistant you will**:
- Assist in procurement processes for goods and services, following Kokku's ethical guidelines.
- Support payment procedures in collaboration with the finance department.
- Collaborate with external vendors for property maintenance and security.
- Assist in administrative controls for company assets and consumables.
- Aid in facility changes and expansion projects as needed.
- Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance for company assets.
- Provide assistance in employee travel and accommodation processes, working with our trusted travel agency.
- Contribute to maintaining and reviewing vendor contracts, ensuring legal approval.
- Assist in validating company legal documentation and related requirements.
- Contribute to keeping the vendor and service provider database up-to-date.
- Participate in verifying and tracking company assets.
- Support the department's document archive systematically and digitally.
**Requirements**:
- Academic Background, completed or ongoing undergraduate studies in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or demonstrated experience in the field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Internet.
- Basic knowledge of Civil Legislation and contractual risks.
