The Role:
As Vendry's Agency Search Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind connecting top brands with exceptional agency partners. You'll play a vital role in supporting the Agency Operations team by managing a diverse range of agency searches for Vendry clients. From discovering new agency talent to maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, your knack for research and communication will ensure that client projects receive a robust selection of high-quality proposals. Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth research to identify and vet top agency partners across various specialties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agencies, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Oversee the submission process to ensure proposals are received on time and meet client requirements.
Capture agency feedback and performance data to optimize Vendry's matchmaking capabilities.
Manage multiple agency searches simultaneously, balancing tight deadlines with high-quality standards.
Collaborate with the Agency Operations team to refine processes and enhance client-agency matches.
Qualifications:
Strong research skills with the ability to quickly gather and assess information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and effective correspondence.
Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with external partners.
Strong proficiency in using digital tools, spreadsheets, and project management software.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the marketing and agency landscape; prior experience in an agency or client-facing role is a plus but not required.
Salary & Compensation:
This role has a starting salary of $2,000-2,500k USD/month
Must be qualified to work as an Independent Contractor in Brazil
