in our research team. Your responsibilities will be: Upload, edit, and maintain product listings on all e-commerce channels. Interact with customers via email and on-line chat. Conduct daily account health checks and resolve any issues on all e-commerce channels. Complete regular audits on all product listings to ensure proper operation and optimization including product titles, bullet points, descriptions, pricing, keywords, and other product details. Assist with successful online marketing campaigns including, but not limited to PPC, SEO/SEM, listing optimization, launching new products, and generating reviews that comply with each platform's Terms of Service. Performing thorough keyword research and analysis, as well as Best Seller Rank research to maximize visibility within each marketplace. Remain up to date with each channel's best practices, new trends, and updates. Work on various other tasks to assist other departments where needed.
