Role Summary:
Responsible for carrying out Organizational Development and Compensation activities, including training plan, programs, policies and procedures, aiming to achieve the expected results, developing and retaining employees for business success.

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Performance Management process, through the monitoring and determination of Individual Goals, determination of the result of the performance evaluation, adaptation to the company's vitality curve and control of employee feedback.
- Ensure the execution of the actions of the climate survey, LNT and individual and potential development plans in each business unit in which it operates.
- Contribute to the strengthening of the company's leadership level, through the execution of specific leadership development programs.
- Identify, create and monitor the implementation of People Development programs applied in accordance with the Company's strategy
- Support analyzes and studies related to the job structure, aiming to provide subsidies for succession planning and personnel development policies.
- Support the implementation of new processes involving remuneration and benefits.
- Participate in the analysis and description of positions, collecting information through questionnaires and interviews with the occupants of the positions, reporting the tasks and responsibilities of each position, participating in the job evaluation committees, providing information to facilitate the process of analysis, evaluation and job classification, aiming to provide the basic elements for the management of jobs and salaries and other processes in the area of human resources.
- Know and comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment policies determined by the company, ensuring that the requirements and standards of the area correspond to the system adopted by the company.
**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- A degree in the related job field.
- Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
- Willing to relocate to the job location.
