SUMMARY
Under administrative review, is responsible for initiating and coordinating the clerical functions required in effective implementation of administrative policies in Test Engineering.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate department's travel arrangements.
Prepare and maintain all documentation to comply with ISO 9000.
Maintain department's controlled document numbering logs.
Monitor and track annual certification required by the department.
Process vacation and personal time for the department.
Process test engineering timecards.
Coordinate payroll queries and adjustments.
Maintain data entry for MES/TARS/GPS.
Assign and distribute document control numbers as necessary.
Prepare and maintain test visual aids.
Generate purchase orders.
Maintain data entry into spreadsheets, database programs, resumes, inventories, etc.
Follow-up on issues as directed by supervisor.
Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by manager.
Comply and follow all company procedures.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent with 2 plus years clerical experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft office programs preferred.
