We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to manage and organize data within our Zoho CRM system. This position is crucial in supporting our BD efforts by ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is readily available for strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
Efficiently input, update, and maintain data within Zoho CRM.
Verify and correct data inconsistencies to ensure data integrity.
Regularly audit CRM data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with BD teams to understand data requirements.
Generate reports and dashboards from CRM data as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience working with CRM systems, specifically Zoho CRM.
Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Google Workplace
Work in Eastern Time Zone (UTC-04:00)
