You play an essential role in providing the most suitable solutions, quotations and advice to build lasting relationships. You are responsible for a smooth and accurate administrative handling of orders and quotations. In addition, you will work closely with other departments to analyze and assess customer questions and orders. As a Commercial Analyst (Sales Officer) you will be responsible for: Drafting and handling quotations and orders; Coordinating forwarding and invoicing; Providing advice and solutions to clients in collaboration with other teams; Analyzing and assessing sales questions and orders; Be aware of Huisman's capabilities and market needs; Management and documentation of the scope of projects related to spare parts and components; Initiating logistics processes and defining requirements; Preparing purchase requests and transferring orders to Supply Chain; Monitor and report on the timely delivery of goods and customer orders; Provide ideas to improve customer relationship management. A bachelor's degree in: Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Business Administration. Excel – intermediate level. Affinity with service and sales.
