Responsibilities of the Role: Project Management (Construction & Development): Manage the permitting process, ensuring timely submission of plans and documents for construction projects.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to meet project deadlines and comply with regulations.
Monitor project milestones and ensure smooth project execution.
Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as contract drafting and document management.
Provide support to the accounting team for tax filings, payroll, and invoice management.
Communication Management: Act as the point of contact for various stakeholders including city officials, contractors, and clients.
Ensure smooth communication flow between team members and external partners.
Required Experience and Qualifications: Experience in construction project management or architecture.
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and communication streams.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Preferred Skills: Experience with property management software and MLS platforms.
Familiarity with city regulations for construction permitting.
Basic understanding of tax filings and payroll systems.
Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.
