**Role & responsibilities**
- The Engineering Project Manager represents the company to the customer in all project matters according to the principle of "one face to the customer". Within the company, he/she is the internal client and represents the customer's interests in the implementation of operational and strategic goals.
- Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Gathering customer specific requirements (specification)
- Elaboration of a technical solution in cooperation with the involved development departments
- Project execution in compliance with deadlines, costs and quality
- Support of the product line with sales forecast and margin control
- Assistance in contract negotiations and design (product and solution presentations)
- Telephone negotiations and escalation management
- Ensuring the flow of information both internally and externally
**Requirements**:
- academic degree, ideally in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Flexibility, independence and assertiveness
- Systematic, networked way of thinking, understanding of innovation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Target-oriented work under pressure
- High level of commitment, good motivator and team player
- Very good command of English
- Prior knowledge of German is a plus, but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn German
