Role Summary:
Direct support to the management in the activities of institutional relations with private entities, NGOs - non-governmental organizations, public agencies of the Federal, State and Municipal powers, with a greater focus on the municipalities, aiming to strengthen the company's relationship with its various stakeholders.

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
- Proactively act in relation to activities aimed at relations with the company's strategic stakeholders, including the public authorities at the municipal level, in addition to environmental agencies, regulatory agencies, universities, associations, rural unions, councils and communities in the territory of company's performance, in line with the guidelines drawn up by senior management.
- Support the construction of a stakeholder engagement plan and the elaboration of a positive agenda with key stakeholders.
- Work on mapping stakeholders, building a monitoring matrix, analyzing risks, opportunities and threats.
- Be prepared to talk about and negotiate various topics, such as taxes, tax incentives, environmental licensing, land expropriation, among other matters of interest to the company with its stakeholders.
In addition, lead presentations to various stakeholders and represent the company externally whenever necessary.
- Proactively map out, together with the company's operational areas, the action needs that demand the construction of a positive agenda.
- Map and monitor the political scenario in the region where Bracell operates, as well as the profile of current managers and network of relationships.
- Work directly in the elaboration of books for the municipalities with strategic information that help the company in building/maintaining the relationship and in decision-making.
- Acting as an interlocutor between companies, municipal governments and other local leaders, in the conduction of projects of interest to the business, or demands from various stakeholders, ensuring the company's image
- Follow the legislative agenda of interest to the company and outline an action strategy.
- Act in conflict management whenever necessary;
- Contribute to the construction of plans and strategic actions with the municipalities where Bracell operates.
- Support management in the company's representations in various external situations, such as: occupation of positions/chairs in Association of companies in the forestry sector (Florestar SP), Strategic Councils and Committees (Ibá, FIESP, etc) Employers' Union (Sindpacel), Association of companies in the forestry sector (ABAF), FIEB Social Responsibility Council, FIEB Environment Council, Cofic, State Environment Council (Cepram), Hydrographic Basin Committee, APA Management Council and others of interest to the organization
- Contribute to communication channels through the interrelationship with authorities, leaders and public opinion formers, Institutions, Organizations and Civil Society
- Implement and ensure the correct use of a tool that provides the company with strategic information related to stakeholders, as well as facilitates the management and monitoring of these relationships.
- Know and comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment policies determined by the company, ensuring that the requirements and standards of the area correspond to the system adopted by the company.
**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- A degree in the related job field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
- Willing to relocate to the job location.
