In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: - Acting in the identification of continuous improvement of conditions and costs with current and potential suppliers, constantly analyzing technical conditions and feasibility to demand constant improvements in quality, price and service. - Control and follow-up of activities related to materials planning, development and supplier auditing, aiming to meet the needs of the company within the terms negotiated with competitive costs and within the required quality standards. - Develop activities according to values analysis, through permanent studies of processes, drawings, market potential, material evaluation and cost. - Adapt new concepts and operational standards, testing and proposing new formats for the execution of activities, always taking into account the rules of administration. - Keep up-to-date with the trends and technological innovations in your area of activity and the needs of the sector / department. - Participate in the construction of the procurement budget, cost projection, readjustment prediction and definition of projects related to inputs. - Ensure that any contracted activity is backed by a legal document duly signed by the parties in order to ensure the legal formalization of all negotiated conditions in the contracting. - Control and monitor the process of interface with the Legal Department to draw up contracts and conference minutes to ensure legal support for all contracted activities. - Managing the work team, selecting, guiding, training, monitoring the performance, evaluating performance, enforcing organizational procedures and safety standards, as well as other aspects of people management - Know and comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment policies determined by the company, ensuring that the requirements and standards of the area correspond to the system adopted by the company**Requirements**:To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: - A degree in the related job field. - At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role. - Willing to relocate to the job location.When you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent to us retaining your information in our talent recruitment database.
