In this role, you'll be working hands-on with cutting-edge technology, providing critical support and building strong relationships with customers around the globe. Responsibilities: Install (incl. commissioning) and maintain equipment globally.Troubleshoot and resolve issues both remotely and on-site.Coordinate schedules, repairs, maintenance needs, and part requests with customers and the team.Supervise local staff during large-scale installation projects.Ensure product quality and provide operator training.Prepare reports as required.Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for service and spare part sales. About you: Degree in mechanical-, electronic engineering, or other relevant technical skills.Strong communication skills.Enjoys traveling and is willing to travel up to 150 days per year.Minimum 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical engineering or maintenance.Familiar with Servo, HMI, and PLC systems, with a general aptitude for electronic systems.Ability to independently repair machinery on-site.Proficient in spoken and written English.Skilled in using computers and MS Office applications.
