Arke is actively searching for a qualified frontend developer
in Brazil, either CLT or PJ. This individual will work with our Brazil Country Head to build and lead a team of developers. You will be responsible for building the 'client-side' of our web applications and leading other frontend developers. You should be able to translate our company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications. If you're interested in creating a user-friendly environment by writing code and moving forward in your career, then this job is for you. We expect you to be a tech-savvy professional, who is curious about new digital technologies and aspires to combine usability with visual design. What You'll Be Doing
Collaborate with team members and clients to produce the best solution given a set of technical and business requirements
Employ modern development standards and practices with today's tools and frameworks to develop software applications that surprise and delight
Contribute to the production of client deliverables such as detailed design documentation, test plans, and well-documented code
Foster trusted partnerships with coworkers and clients
Produce working prototypes that explore new approaches to UI design and delight customers
Develop tested and documented TypeScript, HTML and CSS(SASS/LESS)
Create high performance applications for mobile and desktop with cross-browser compatibility
Maintain a high fidelity to branding requirements
Ensure that the integrity of design and user experience standards are held throughout development
Maintain positive and productive working relationships with stakeholders, peers, and leadership
What We'd Love to See
Proven work experience as a front-end developer
Hands on experience with markup languages
Experience with HTML, CSS, and TypeScript
Experience with React.js Framework
Proficient with Git workflows and branch strategies
Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
Understanding of layout aesthetics
Knowledge of SEO principles
Intermediate ability to speak English language
Fluent ability to read and write English language
Soft Skills
Collaborate with team members and clients to produce the best solution given a set of technical and business requirements
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
Have excellent analytical and multitasking skills
Be reliable and dependable, consistently meeting deadlines and commitments
Nice to have
Experience with Front-end frameworks are a bonus
Familiarity with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and content management systems
Experience with Vue, Angular, or other front-end frameworks are a bonus.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
