Backed by leading entrepreneurs and real estate investors, Cosign is built by experienced landlords who understand the needs of the rental market.Job Summary As Head of Customer Success for Cosign, you'll build a fast-growing startup's customer service organization and playbook while working with a dynamic, motivated team focused on setting new industry standards.
As the leader of Cosign's customer service team, you will grow strong relationships with landlords and property managers, provide exceptional customer support to our applicants, and drive engagement and conversions on behalf of our landlord partners.Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property managers who use Cosign's rent guarantee productProvide exceptional customer support to all stakeholders (applicants, property managers, and landlords)Respond to customer inquiries and provide guidance on using Cosign's application and claims portalProactively follow up with customers to increase engagement and conversionsCollaborate with our CEO and Head of Strategy and Operations to develop our customer success and customer onboarding processes and SOPsIdentify and escalate customer concerns and feedback to improve our product and servicesBuild a team of customer service representatives that scales through Cosign's hyper-growth in 2025 (400%+ addition in users)About You Customer-centric: You have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term customer relationshipsSelf-motivated: You thrive in fast-paced environments, can handle ambiguity, are comfortable with self-direction, and have a tremendous bias for actionStrong communicator: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply and quicklyYou are hyper responsive and readily availableRequirements Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent3+ years of in a client-facing and/or leadership role in a professional virtual environmentDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skillsReliable internet connectivity and a professional virtual work environmentFluency in English and SpanishNice to Have Experience with US based commercial real estate or real estate service businesses (particularly multifamily real estate)Previous startup experienceKnowledge of multifamily property management in the USWhy Join Cosign?
