Through the easy-to-use mobile app, users can buy and sell a variety of different cryptocurrencies and access a wide range of financial services.Coins is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is the first ever crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank.Responsibilities Lead and manage the finance and accounting functions for the Brazil region.Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's business objectives.Oversee cash management, budget preparation, forecasting, and financial reporting for the LATAM region.Conduct due diligence and manage post-closing integration for M&A activities.Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Liaise with external auditors, legal advisors, and tax authorities.Represent the company before investors, financial institutions, vendors, and clients.Build and maintain key relationships with clients, suppliers, investors, and financial partners.Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Implement and oversee financial systems and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
