As a **Junior HR Analyst**, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various functions, contributing to the overall effectiveness of human resource initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Employee Onboarding**:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Prepare orientation materials and assist in training sessions
- Ensure new employees have the necessary tools and resources
- ** HR Administration**:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
- Support the management of HR policies and procedures
- ** Performance Management**:
- Assist in tracking employee performance data and feedback
- ** Employee Relations**:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
- ** Data Analysis and Reporting**:
- Collect and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making
- Prepare reports on recruitment, turnover, and other HR metrics
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Medium/ Strong English communication skills are essential for this role
- Previous experience in HR or Administrative roles (internships included)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
